I had the opportunity to shoot another newborn on the beach last evening.  I had such a big response to my last long exposure newborn on the beach that this shot was specifically requested for this dear little guy.  I feel that the only thing that could have made this shot even better would have been the Honu that was swimming around would have come up on the beach next to the rocks.  But, I guess that was too much to ask for as we had this gorgeous sunset already!  Oh well, a girl can dream, can't she?!

These two shots are obviously very similar, but I wanted to try with my new blue fringy blanket.  They are also processed slightly different.  I think that I'm leaning toward the blue blanket as my fave!

I can't thank P and A enough for letting me take their little one out on the beach and trusting me with him so close to the water. Kulia, you are such an awesome assistant that I wish I could afford to pay you to help me on every shoot!  I love your efficiency and the way you are so protective of the shot!   Those dogs weren't getting anywhere near my equipment or in the view area! LOL!
